Community Guidelines

Our mission is to foster a safe, supportive, and lawful community for creators to publish and readers to enjoy literature and artwork. These rules apply to all uploads, comments, and interactions.

Strictly Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

CSAM & Minor Sexualization

Any depiction of child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, or sexualization of minors is absolutely banned. This applies to fictional character art, manga, drawings, or written text.

Unlicensed / Pirated Content

You must own the copyright or hold the explicit legal publishing rights for any books, manga, or illustrations you upload. Stolen uploads, unlicensed scanlations, and copycats are strictly illegal.

Harassment & NCII

We do not tolerate harassment, doxxing, non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), cyber-bullying, or hate speech targeting protected groups.

Age Restrictions & Content Categorization

While we support creative freedom, mature content containing artistic nudity, violence, or sensitive themes must be explicitly categorized. Authors must check the "Mature Content (18+)" option when uploading books that contain adult themes.

Age Verification Gate:

Readers must be registered and verified as at least 18 years old in their profile settings to view, purchase, or read mature-rated titles.

Enforcement & Strike Policy

To maintain an orderly platform, we use a three-strike enforcement model for copyright and guideline violations. Strike progression is detailed below:

Violation Level Enforcement Action
Strike 1 (Warning) Infringing or inappropriate content is permanently deleted. The user is issued an official email warning outlining guidelines.
Strike 2 (Suspension) Content is removed. The account is suspended from uploading or initiating payouts for 30 calendar days.
Strike 3 (Permanent Ban) The user account is immediately banned. Payout balances are frozen. If the violation constitutes federal crimes (such as CSAM), logs are packaged and reported to law enforcement.
